ER80S welding wire is a copper coated wire, used for GMAW and GTAW welding.


Applications.
ER80S welding wire is designed for gas metal arc welding and gas tungsten arc welding when moderately high strength and good sub-zero toughness is needed in the PWHT condition.

Procedures:
Pre-heating and interpass temperatures of not less than 148°C must be used during welding.

Contains a high level of deoxidizers (manganese & silicon) to control porosity when welding with Co 2 as the shielding gas, and molybdenum for increased strength

Characteristics
ER100S-G is a medium alloy, copper coated welding wire suited for MIG or TIG welding.

Applications
ER100S-G is used to weld HY80 and other similar steels. Welds exhibit high strength as well as low temperature toughness down to -48°C, Used for joining in large vehicle and crane manufacturing.

ER120S-G is a medium alloy, copper coated welding wire sited for MIG or TIG welding.

Applications
ER120S-G is used to weld HY100 and other similar steels. Welds exhibit high strength as well as low temperature toughness, good resistance to cold cracking. Used for joining large vehicle and crane manufacturing, high strength pressure vessels and some heat treatable steels.
