Subarc Wire

Worker welding in a factory. Heavy industry, welder work

Characteristics
ER308L is designed for welding austenitic stainless steel type 19 Cr 10 Ni or similar.

Applications
The wire can also be used for welding titanium and niobium stabilised steels such as ASTM 321 and ASTM 347 in cases where the construction will be used at temperatures not exceeding 400°C. For higher temperatures a niobium stabilised consumable.

Characteristics
ER316L is designed for welding austenitic stainless steel type 17 Cr 12 Ni 2.5 Mo or similar where high resistance to general and intercrystalline corrosion is required.

Procedures
Submerged arc welding (SAW) is normally performed using direct current positive polarity (DC+). This gives the best surface appearance and the highest penetration.

Characteristics
Submerged Arc welding wire suitable for flux protective welding with stable feasibility, good welding seams , less spatter and excellent welding process properties.

Applications
Used for submerged arc welding of carbon steel, alloy steel (e.g. 16Mn, etc.).It features excellent mechanical properties and a stable arc.Convent to remove welding slag, good figuration, can use auto and semi auto multi times weld, double surfaces weld, single wire and multi wire weld at high speed, etc.
